Google Maps: Couple caught in the actGoogle Maps

Google Maps has a habit of capturing people off guard in the street

Google Maps street view tool has captured a variety of everyday behaviour from around the work since it launched in 2005.

From citizens being snapped when they thought nobody was looking to spooky situating suggesting alien existence, Google captures everything.

Now two people have been photographed laying on the pavement – but what are they doing?

The footage was taken outside of a large flea market on a sunny day.

The road appears empty except for two people lying by the side of the road.

The man, wearing jeans and a blue top, is laying flat on the pavement.

In his arms is a person also in jeans and a pink top. Pink shoes can also be seen on her feet.

The age of the person in pink is not clear – could it be a parent playfighting with his child?

However, the image could also be of two adults joking about – although why the duo decide to lie on the dirty pavement is unclear.

The Google car is so far away from the pair their faces are not visible, so their facial expressions are also unclear.

Google Maps: Two people have been photographed on the side of the road

Google captured another man carrying out what appears to be a shocking crime.

The footage was captured down a side road in Zagreb, Croatia.

Besides a man walking away in the distance, the road appears empty.

A row of cars are parked in a shady area of a packed car park.

While kneeling down the side of a car, his face is pressed close to the side door, and he is concentrating hard on the job at hand.

Google Maps: It is not clear who the two people on the pavement are

The man’s reflection can be seen projected onto the door and indicates that he is topless.

He looks to be trying to break into the car by forcing something into the door’s handle.

Although the situation is indeed suspicious, there could be a logical explanation.

The car’s trunk is open, something that you would not expect to see if he was trying to steal the vehicle.

Maybe then, he has just been locked out? Although the more logical way to gain entrance to the car would be through the back and to not jimmy the door open.
